	Paul Stretford Founder Paul is the Founder of Proactive and one of the most experienced agents in football. Renowned as a tough negotiator, Paul has represented many of the game’s biggest names and has been involved in various multimillion-pound transfers.

	Kevin Moran Director Following a highly distinguished career as a player for both Manchester United and the Republic of Ireland, Kevin formed Proactive Sports Management with Paul and Jesper Olsen in 1994. Now a licensed agent, Kevin represents and recruits some of the finest talents in the country.

	Michael Kennedy Director Michael is a senior partner at the law firm Herbert Reeves & Co and has represented football players for more than 20 years. As a solicitor, he also specialises in property law.

	Des Wroe UK Sales Director Des enjoyed time as a player at Crewe and Bradford before working in sports marketing at Adidas. Having established his own representation company, Des and his clients joined Proactive in June 2005. As well as performing his role as an agent, Des is also responsible for promoting sales within the company

	George Urquhart Licensed Agent George is a former player with Wigan and St. Mirren amongst others. With many years experience in representation and sporting arena, George and his clients joined Proactive in June 2005. George will continue to use his expertise in the International transfer market.

	James Skelland Licensed Agent After studying Spanish and Portuguese at Oxford University, James joined Proactive in 2003. James is now a licensed agent and works with many up-and-coming players as well as making use of his languages skills in the international market.

	Paul Williams Player Liaison Paul is a former player, only recently retired from the professional game in 2003 after playing for Coventry, Derby and Stoke. Paul is now using his experience and knowledge gained whilst playing working with players based in and around the midlands.

	Mick Doherty Head of Youth development Having worked in top-flight youth football at Everton for many years, Mick has developed a keen eye for talent and is responsible for recruiting and developing the best young players in the game. Mick is responsible for the running of the Youth Division and heads a team of dedicated staff that look after the stars of tomorrow.

	Alex Clarke Brand Relations Manager Having begun her career at Proactive in the Marketing Division, Alex is now in charge of overseeing the execution of Wayne Rooney’s commercial sponsorships.
